    What's in a name?

I was just looking at a web site for a book, Dahesh : La Rencontre. The book written by one "Georges Henry Chakkour" contains in the forward a reference to Salim Moussa El-Achi. Other Dahesh followers refer to him as Saleem El-Ashi . One thing that everyone has in common is that they all refer to him as Dr. Dahesh.

The good news is The Museum will at least get people to spell his name correctly.

      From Mario's earlier post...

The full name is Salim Moussa Achi. In the Middle East, the middle name is that of the father's first name. For example, Salim Achi's father was named Moussa Achi.

It may be pronounced "Saleem Ash-shee" ( actually, the "A" in "Ash-shee" has a sound that has no phonetic equivalent in English) but it is written SALIM ACHI... and Not anything else.
