    hi all

i am pleased to have come across this site
i have been reading a lot over the last few months about dr dahesh and daheshism.
i grew up in lebanon, during the civil war, i heard about dr dahesh that he was a great magician and things like that, i missed the chance of seeing him in person, i never thaught that he was that such a great thinker or teacher or prophet, i am amazed but not surprised.

his teachings about "sayyals" are the most plausible idea that i have ever came across, he filled a lot of the blanks for me, yet remains a lot of questions for me.
i will ask these questions, one at a time to avoid quick answers.
the issue for me is intellectual and spiritual.
kindly be patient and openminded, i am hoping for answers.

how can i obtain a copy of mr noon's 72 Q and A, i would like to read them.

    regards
    sael

    Greetings Sael,

With respect to the Edward Noon questions and answers, your best bet is to contact The Daheshist Publishing Company directly and see if they have any leads for you.

As far as the issue of Spiritual Fluids — and I will ask you to indulge us on this issue: Since neither "Sayyals" nor "Sayyaals" is a true Arabic word— technically, it should be "Sayyalaat" — and since it means exactly "Fluids," and since I've known Doctor Dahesh to be extremely displeased when anyone mixed languages, i am willing to be my life on the fact that he would most certainly have not been pleased if we used incorrect Arabic and mixed-language form no less.

Plus, it is almost impossible for any Westerner to correctly pronounce the word without proper coaching. So we must resist the temptation to say "Sayyaal" or "Sayyaalaat," especially when saying "Fluid" or "Fluids" gives us the same meaning.
So thank you for helping us in this uphill battle. I personally wish others didn't start that trend to "Americanize" Arabic... and... Badly, at that... and hence, set a bad example.

That out of the way, there is much that has been written about Fluids in Daheshville.

However, and here is some good news: In the book by Loutfi Radwan
which Doctor Dahesh offered me, I found an eloquent explanation of the Spiritual Fluids by none other than Doctor Dahesh himself (as reported by Loutfi Radwan). In the next few days, I'll hopefully have a translation.

Basically, we're going to the source. That should be interesting!

And, a note to everyone pertaining to the "Daheshist Spiritual Symbol" as it is referred to in the same book (in Arabic: "Al Ramz Al Roohy Al Daaheeshee") we see a picture of the Symbol that Loutfi Radwan was meant to prepare and burn in order to see a Spiritual Session... It uses the "Personality100, 200, 300, etc." motif, identical to the one the Doctor instructed me to keep doing as I have been (except for the part where the person writing the prayer would ask that a Spiritual Session be granted instead of asking for Spiritual Assistance/help—but as we have seen, the era of the Spiritual Sessions is over...)

In essence, the two clues (the book and verbal instruction) make it clear to me that the Symbol we've been teaching is valid. But, as I've indicated often, this is my personal opinion and what applies to me personally does not necessarily apply to others. Therefore, and as promised, after we're done with finishing the Daheshist Symbol movies, we'll go over the other version that features the names of the prophets.

That's all I have to report for now.

    Until next time!

    Warm Wishes,

    Mario

Spiritual Fluids according to Doctor Dahesh...

      Hello again!

In the book by by Loutfi Radwan we will note that the title (on Page 77) is divided into two lines.

I will translate them verbatim and preserve the punctuation.

Line #1: "The Lofty Spiritual Fluids... "
Line #2: "The hiding place of power within Dahesh."

As always, ANY correction, comment, etc. is greatly appreciated!

Now, let's look at line #2: In Arabic, and so that our Arabic-speaking viewers can appreciate it, I'll write it phonetically: " MAKMAN AL KUWWAT FEE DAAHESH" (actually, if I were to match the phonetic version to that of the actual printed title, it would be "Makmanulkuwwat fee Daahesh"

In any case, and unless anyone has any objections, it would seem that Line #2 is suggesting that The Lofty Spiritual Fluids constitute that (particular/unique) place where one hides things, in this case, that which is hidden happens to be the "Power" (or Energy) in Dahesh.

Perhaps Loutfi Radwan meant to say " The Lofty Spiritual Fluids... The Secret Source of Power in Dahesh"

Next, let's look at Paragraph #1: As usual, I'll translate as verbatim as I can. Where needed, I'll place words and/or puctuation within [brackets] to "smooth out" the rough edges...

      Loutfi Radwan writes...

I was not embarrassed from declaring my ignorance in that which Doctor Dahesh had told me about [and] which is the secret of his power, and by that I mean "The Lofty Spiritual Fluids" enjoyed by persons who God, praise His Holy name, surrounds [and happen to be] from among His believers who are charged with broadcasting/publishing (in Arabic "Nashr") one of Heaven's communications (In Arabic "resaalaat"... In fact, "resaalat" does NOT translate to MISSION... It is the vehicle, through which information —thoughts etc.— is exchanged) or the call for a human life that is better and sweetened with rigtheousness clearly stated in the Inspired Heavenly Books.

I was not embarrassed as I was saying to Doctor Dahesh:

"And what are those Spiritual Fluids?"

And with great delicateness and tact he said to me:"I will reveal to you the truth of these Fluids and their power (strength) and ability. Spiritual Fluids mean [:] radiating energies [that are] living [&] able [& that are]
invisible[;] they are extensions of the soul within the material worlds."

"This power that writes, from afar, upon the white paper you put in your hand is an able spiritual Fluid"
(I translated "Kaader" into "able," thus having sufficient power, skill, intelligence, skill, knowledge, competence... to accomplish an objective.

      "And this energy (
or power) that moves (or transports) the pencil or the table or the rock from one place to another [that is either] near or far is an able spiritual fluid."

      "And this energy
(or power) that transforms the dish of porcelain into gold or wood or anything else, or which requests the presence of a watch from your house, or [retrieves] something lost... is an able spiritual fluid."

"And [you should] know that fluids on the whole have consciousness, will, and tendencies, however [, these exist] according to varying levels
      (or degrees).

      And these soul
characteristics** are not [present] in man only, but they are in also
[present] in the animal and the plant and everything that might be called 'matter' ."

** : Most probably: "Psychological Characteristics"...The Arabic text reads : "Al Khasaa'Isu Al Nafsiyyat"

Again, any comments are welcome. Thank you!

      To be continued!

Greetings Sael, and welcome to Daheshville...

To follow along with Mario's post; think about what these explanations mean relative to the depth of the Spiritual Mission of Daheshism. All things that are of matter are comprised of spiritual fluids, and it is also fluids that explain determinately our personality characteristics.

Daheshism is not just a 'religion' per se in the contemporary sense of the word; but rather its precepts permeate all aspects of the culture of our lives. The 'spiritual fluids' talked about by Dr. Dahesh, the fundamental aspects of matter and personality, link the spiritual message of Daheshism to the very essences of our very existence.

I can only imagine that Daheshism in time, will be thought of and reach far beyond the realm of a 'religious' awareness (which is no small task, given the unbelievable and rich legacy left to us to assimilate relative to understanding ourselves with the spiritual realm of the REAL world around us)... it will have a far reaching impact upon the fundamentals of psychology with terms to start to understand the nature of primary and secondary fluids of individuals (determining personality traits and strengths and weaknesses and which parent we favor) as well as physics... the unseen forces of "fluids" acting upon all bodies and the very building blocks of all matter... the laws of attraction, etc., just to name a few. The mission left to us of Daheshism by Dr. Dahesh is truly an ALL ENCOMPASSING 'world' view.

What all of this awareness will do is tie more if not all aspects of our lives closer together in one newer understanding and truer "unified theory" as opposed to as many disparate disciplines. Science, religion, physics, philosophy... ultimately linked together at their very central, common essences.

I think not just an hour ago Mario and I were discussing some of the same things...fleshing out a Daheshist worldview rather than simply being satisfied to be a 'religion.' Wow.

Sometimes I think Dr. Dahesh really is amongst us and we really will get to the page(s) he's pointing to. I so envy the many experiences other brothers and sisters are having that suggest just that very thing.

Well, let me echo your word(s)... "Wow..." These parallels give us things to think about on a number of levels...

            1) I think they help shape the directions of where our discussions and conversations should hopefully and helpfully go... because there is obviously a critical mass of perspectives and information that should be expanded upon in greater detail in the realm of this issue. We should open another sub-forum here in Daheshville titled: "Daheshville: The World View" and look to tie all these aspects together on an ongoing basis.

For myself, I try to think late at night with pen in hand, making notes to myself of issues and nuances to talk about in the coming days on Daheshville. I sometimes struggle with this because I only know what I know and only understand what I understand and I can't read Arabic and I never met Dr. Dahesh. The basics of what I know about Daheshism I learned during the years that Mario and I were in school together and later during our time of working together... After 20 some years, I still work through the daily nuances and applications of Daheshism to my life. Despite of or because of these facts, my view of exploring Daheshism comes from this perspective. As such, the nuances and explanations I try to share here in Daheshville are in fact ruminations I have with myself of my own life and the world around me relative to trying to have a deeper understanding of the issues at hand.

            2) The parallels of our thoughts, show that, well, yes indeed, THERE ARE PARALLELS IN OUR THOUGHTS~! If we are asking these questions amongst ourselves, invariably others are probably asking these questions privately to themselves, and invariably and ultimately as more people come along, (if you build it, they will come~!) those people will probably hear these questions within themselves at some point as well, along the journey of their road of discovery.

Zionic... back when I first learned about Dr. Dahesh, he had just passed away. From Mario and his brothers who were all very close to Dr. Dahesh, I would hear of various dreams they would have regarding events and of the Dr. himself. I would always think how lucky they were to have such dreams and wished that I would have such experiences.

Lo and behold... it did and does happen... all to different and varying degrees. Again, we can't control such things, but it does and can happen. I have had no where near some of the experiences that others have recounted to me as having, but in my small corner of the world, I have had several... and for that I am grateful to God.

I think I have posted this elsewhere, but I would love to have a dream of which we were talking about, to some capacity every night... as unrealistic as that may be. I always have questions or turmoils I would love to get feedback and/or encouragement or guidance regarding... or just an ongoing little sign every so often that says "hey, yeah kid... everything will be ok ..."

But then again, wouldn't we all love that???
