Do you think for one New York moment that this individual would have dared place these web links if, as we have done in Daheshville, these aforementioned web sites denounced him?!

And before anyone starts pointing their finger at us: All we did is make sure that the world understood that we do NOT go along with what the Trustees of the Museum said regarding Dr. Dahesh. We don't care WHY they did it and it's none of our business what they believe in.

But there is a difference between taking a stand when asked a question and mounting an all out attack to extort money from someone!

This is right out of the letters that Darrick and Ghazi Brax where exchanging (Darrick sent me — for SOME reason — those letters)

I realize you are good friends with the Zahid family, and I have insulted the Zahid family. But, I did so for two reasons:

1) They did not respond to me (not even to say "no thanks"). Disrespectful.

2) They seem to deny that Dahesh was a Prophet, and have even denied they are Daheshists ( I assume because they do not wish to end their business dealings in Saudi Arabia--which I hear are substantial)

I understand if you are angry at me, but I do not care. Your friendship is important to me, but not more important than Daheshism itself. So, I cannot apologize to the Zahids. What they are doing is wrong. They love Mammon (riches, money) more than Dahesh, in my opinion. They wish to have their "cake" and eat it too. In my view, one should either be a complete Daheshist, or none at all. The most important thing is not egos, but what is important is that the message of Daheshism is promulgated.

I will probably be shunned by you, and other Daheshists, because I have insulted the Zahids, and tried to force them to take a stand. So be it.

When and if that time comes to organize the religion, I suggest the following:

PROMULGATION OF DAHESHISM WORLDWIDE VIA FILM

A mere museum or books sold will not spread Daheshism. There must be a film that is shown in cinemas and on TV around the world, such as "The Miracles of Dr. Dahesh". The film cannot say "He was a Prophet" or "He was Jesus reincarnated". It must show his miracles, and let the audience decide if he was a prophet or not. Such a film would cost about $20 million to produce, and $10 to advertise. No studio would do it. It must be financed, and it could be shown in the "Independent Film" circuit, at all the "Independent Film Shows" around the world, and there are many---hundreds. It would be released to limited number of cinemas, but, more importantly, such a film would then be offered to television networks all across the world, such as HBO, SHOWTIME, PBS, History channel, and foreign channels. The film must be dubbed into major languages such as Spanish, French, German, Russian, Turkish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin), Hindi, Arabic. The most likely people to be Daheshists are the most humble, the Brazilians, and Latin Americans and especially the black Africans. Many Americans will also respond also. I would strongly encourage you to VIDEO TAPE all the Daheshists you know who witnessed miracles of Dr. Dahesh. This is vitally important. The taping need not be professional. But it must be video-taped before more of these people pass away.

And I'll stop this letter here. The rest, really, is basically all about money. Basically, Darrick was hoping he would get money from the Zahid family in order to promote Daheshism. And, according to him, their only mistake vis a vis Darrick is that they ignored him.

And for the record, David and I were the only two people to defend them online. Our reward was that Darrick mounted an attack against us, claiming we were Gay lovers!

Mario is paying the price for not being the fellow homophobe that Darrick wants Mario to be. Dr. Dahesh had a butler that was homosexual. It seems that Dr. Dahesh was ok with that and did not condemn the butler for his sexual orientation. Mario made the "mistake" of making the simple observation that Dr. Dahesh was civil and showed kindness to someone who is gay. The cost of this "mistake" is that Darrick takes license to announce here to perfect strangers that Mario is gay.

Perhaps there's something deeper going on with Darrick. Sometimes people project their own tendencies onto other people. I invite Darrick to deal honestly with his deep issues concerning his own personal sexual orientation. Perhaps then he can repent of his connection to the pornography industry.

Using Darrick's logic, if one is not a thorough-going homophobe like himself, then count that one gay. I guess that means I'm gay. I'm not a homophobe. I know... I don't feel this urge to lay a lip-lock on Nicholas Cage, but still, if Mario is gay then so am I. "

In the link previously cited I found the following DTE quote made while promoting his book The Gainsayers in 1989:

Another of the continuously huge flaws in the world of DTE "logic" is also illuminated here, in DTE's own words, when HIS personal character is called in to question by someone who DTE claims doesn't even know him...

Bzzzzzzt. You got this one wrong. I did say I think I know who you are but that it not questioning your mental health. But I won't talk about who you are in any detail here. Even if you are who I think you are I do not know you personally and have only heard about you. That is all I will say about it. I do not disclose personal information on message boards.

So let's see... Darrick has never met the Zahids, he has never meet me, and he has never met Mario... yet he feels he has the right to write any of the trash in his head as "truths"? ...with complete impunity??? and need I mention the most important point of all this... he certainly never met Dr. Dahesh, and he certainly has not purchased even a single vowel, let alone a clue of understanding of what Daheshism is really about.

Some of us may personally not agree with some of the things that the Zahids have done, but be that as it may, we all defend to the end their right to privacy and their right live and make decisions however they so choose.

I also enjoy the classic standby rhetoric he uses when backed in to the corner with his beliefs and actions... and I paraphrase Darrick Troy Evenson here...

DTE has long hidden behind the cloak of Dr. Brax... to justify both his standing as well as rationalizing his "efforts"... but now here again the walls are cracking as DTE "disregards" that Dr. Brax may no longer endorse his actions... when DTE says he just "doesn't care" if Dr. Brax disagrees with him.

So... this once again leaves DTE shuttered back in to his own, lonely solitary world of what HE believes to be true... and rather than allowing any ray of light in of self introspection and life directional reassessment... he blazes on...

Out of curiosity, I Googled "darrick09.angelfire.com" (which is the root name of the slew of new web sites he launched) and ... hundreds of result popped up. So, imagine the days it took him to create the web sites and promote them.

Poof. All gone.

Of course, he'll try again, and what these esteemed Daheshists who lurk and do nothing (hoping for "Divine Intervention") need to understand that, unless they join us in this fight, they are enablers.

Oh, it was "Divine Intervention" that shut those sites up. But, as we all know, we spent days in communication with several parties. Hadn't we done our part to create a channel for "Divine Intervention" to occur — that is, if we merited for it to happen — then... well... GOOD LUCK!
