  • the holy book in daheshism

    Hey all ,
i am always asked about the holy book in daheshism like the bible for Christians and Koran for Muslims, i say to them that since daheshism believes in the unity of religions than all the other holy books are to be considered holy in daheshism too, and that we have over 150 books but i know that there is an unpublished book is (as ibeen told) the holy book of daheshism it's called 'the book of the divine giver' in Arabic 'kitab al hadi al ilahi' , does anyone know about this book and what does it contains in short story

and another question are these unpublished books are ever to be published and when, everyone is wondering

i can wait for the answer until the hell freezes up

i know who's got the answer but there are people who are running out of patience

anyway i know that they will be in future but i ask myself sometimes dot the future people (the whole 10 billion might to be people) merit to know , and some of the close friends to the doctor don't right now. and the time is running , what is the plan, is there is any plan

There is an unpublished book know as The Book of the Divine Guide. I'll check around and ask Mario to see if it means anything to him.

The Dahesh Heritage WebSite is: http://www.daheshheritage.org/

Have you looked at http://www.daheshisme.org/index1.html . There are some books in PDF format. I scanned the titles, but I don't read Arabic, so for me the translation process is difficult. I could not find a title that matched. Also I am not certain about the status of all the titles listed there. I don't know whether they are published or not. A person who reads Arabic would have better succes than I.

There is another another book, The Gospel of Love. Dr Brax's email address is on the internet. He does have a screening process for email, but will answer a well worded, well thought questions. His email is [email protected] .

I would love to know the response you receive. Please share it.

I did have a conversation with someone who I believe is in contact with Dr Brax. The Book of Daheshism is 3600 pages and consists of six volumes. He is aware that the fate of Daheshism is dependent upon the completion of this book. I do not know what other pressures or problems might be confronting Dr Brax. I can only pray that he will be able to overcome them and complete the book.

3600 pages, waw, that sounds really interesting Ron , do you have any idea about its content because i heard about a book that contains the daily life of the doctor and the miracles he did, it was written by some several daheshists who were living with him daily just like jesus students

another thing is it the same book:
Bread of Knowledge and Wisdom of Ages or The Dead Preach and Advise the Living
(An Anthology of Proverbs compiled by Dr. Dahesh in 6 volumes)
          from http://www.daheshheritage.org/

          thank you

            The Book of Daheshism

I do not know any more than I have already written here. However, I will make an inquiry to see if I can gain anymore insight into its' contents.

I did email Dr Brax regarding The Book Of Daheshism. I asked several leading questions about that book and The Book of the Divine Guide. I did not get much detail in the response. I quote Dr Brax as follows:

"The Divine Guide is an inspired Book written miraculously. As for The Book of Daheshism, it is in 6 volumes and around 3,600 pages. I wrote it following a miraculous letter which was formed in my hand in front of the Beloved Prophet. In the letter, which was sent from the World of Spirits, I was selected and ordered to write The Book of Daheshism and told that I would be provided with inspiration whenever it should be. The two books are still manuscripts in Arabic."

My prayer for Dr Brax is that may he have both of the following:

              1. a long life
              2. sudden inspiration.

He also wished to send his greetings to his Daheshist brother who is in Bahrain and may God's Angels protect all the loyal Daheshists.

Can we get an update on this matter?

Did Ghazi manage to finish writing and translating this work? If not did he deputize anyone to do so before he passed on?

Hi Zionic, may the soul of our dear brother the late Dr. Ghazi rest in peace and victory among the first Daheshists of the heavenly mission; namely Daheshism.

As for the "Book of Daheshism", Dr. Ghazi finished writing it; all six volumes are already written by him.

No one is deputized to write it after him.

At present the book is under revision and editing by the people entrusted with the matter.

                  God bless you all.

Actually I was asking Mario. Let's have a little gentleman's agreement from here on out, Y.S.

From now on when I post you don't respond.

Is this the way you respond to a member and a Daheshist believer who admired your question, and replied?
Had I known the question was addressed to Mario I wouldn’t have answered at all. I guess you know that I pay good respect to you all. I don’t interfere with anybody’s issues.
I believe that there is a neater reply than yours.
Instead of you answering me “Sorry, I addressed Mario, sorry for not mentioning his name”; you answer me in such a NEGATIVE WAY?!

I believe that all of us watch respected conversation on T.V. and we all see how people respond to each other, especially when one brings a good information; and when they belong to a certain special group; i.e, members of it.

Is that how you reward a gentleman who did not ever interfere in any word you say? But was polite to you all?

All I can say is God forgives you. God forgives you.

I do not agree. Recently, you asked me (what turned out to be) a rethorical question, after showering me with compliments. When you revealed that you were double-checking to see what some friend of yours told you (hence giving me the impression that it would be OK to ask the logical questions I followed up with) you abruptly shut the door in my face by saying, "That is personal."

To give you an example of what you did: years ago, a woman calls me up to discuss business relating to the Daheshist Mission. At the end of the conversation, she told me that she was catching a flight later that day. My normal, human reaction, when someone engages in unsolicited small talk with me is not to leave that person hanging, and reciprocate. And so I asked her where she was going to. Her response was, "None of your business."

So, while you may not have meant to offend me, you did. So much so that, hadn't been for Zionic (who is on board of directors, and who has publicly defended me on many forums where my good name was being tarnished) I WAS THAT close to banning you. He was the one to convince me to give you a second chance.

YS, if you have any valuable information to share, share it. All you do is post your writings, and ask questions. Which is fine. But zionic has contributed to Daheshville in ways you cannot begin to understand. He has defended me (using his full name), he has put his own safety on the line.
