Yes, Doctor Dahesh did write that science will never unlock the mysteries ... However, I believe that the pursuit of scientific knowledge (may it be in theoretical or experimental form) and knowledge for its own sake can be a process that brings about spiritual enlightenment.

Multiple Dimensions

It is very exciting to me to see other physicists exploring this idea. I have a degree in physics and have entertained the idea of multiple dimensions for some time. The book Flatland is a great read - it entertains the notion of what a 3 dimensional being would look like in a 2 dimensional world, then it touches upon higher dimensions and what that could be like. We being of 3 dimensions (length, width, height) traveling linearly along the 4th dimension (time), would then have an interest in the "unknown" - the 5th, 6th, 7th, and nth dimensions. I can't remember which physicist it was on the spot, but one calculated there to be 11 dimensions. What surprised me later was a spiritually inclined individual later mentioned to me out of the blue that the Highest resided in the 11th dimension.

It covers a lot of concepts in physics and many theories that physicists have to describe how the universe works including multiple dimensions. (It may even mention the physicist that calculated 11 dimensions. I need to watch it again.)

I have a document written by BYU professors about multiple dimensions and how this idea explains how Jesus was able to suddenly appear indoors to his disciples and how Moroni appeared to Joseph Smith in his bedroom in answer to his prayer. Also, I should mention many who have had near-death experiences describe seeing a tunnel with a light at the end of it. At the end of the tunnel is a city of light, gardens, beautiful vistas... I read somewhere that this is actually a portal between our dimension and a higher dimension.

I've contemplated the idea that perhaps thought and emotion reside on and are more visible in these higher dimensions and that when we dream, we are traveling within these dimensions. The visuals we have when we dream are not "all in our head" as most seem to suppose. (I tend to be a vivid dreamer who usually dreams in color.)

I'd be very interested in what others find about physicists and scientists studying this idea. I had contemplated the idea of creating a machine that could detect spiritual matter, but didn't really know where to start. Kirlian photography seems promising, detecting changes in the electromagnetic field. Some also use heat sensors to detect temperatures out of the ordinary. I've also wondered if somehow using light particles or other electromagnetic waves in different frequencies could possibly detect it. Perhaps someone with better resources than I will discover and or build this detection machine.

There is much in what you say that is compatible with what has already been written here, in Daheshville, including multiple dimensions, the existence of all possible scenarios at the same time (in other words, the past, present, and future and all possible outcomes)... and, last but not least, "thought."

I've often spoken about "thought" as being one of the important constituents of the universe.

In the context of string theory (and you'll forgive the stretch of my poetic license) it almost seems to me that the "Graviton" is, in fact, "thought" which explains how, through thinking and dreaming, we can visit other dimensions as well as fall and rise "spiritually."

As for the existence of all the possible scenarios: I tend to think of each "frame" of our existence as a collapsed animation cel, each originally with layers (background, foreground, etc.) and that each frame exists by itself and the illusion of "life" is ... somehow... the result of a system of multiple projectors, each selectively seizing the "frames" at an incredible rate of "frames per second" (assuming there is, in fact, the notion of "time") as the result of some process that decided the fate or the final selection of the frames... I imagine that each one of us is such a projection from a multi-stack of projectors and that all these projections SEEM as if they are REALLY interacting, whereas, in fact, it is all an illusion.

I also imagine that higher beings CAN travel FASTER than light using THOUGHT and interact with our projections and tell us the future which, as far as THEY are concerned has already happened.

Incidentally, I did write about several instances where I witnessed a true TIME WARP. (You probably can find it by searching for "WARP")

I'll summarize them here:

In three instances, ashes from a prayer that I had written and burnt returned to their original, untouched, unburned state, with all my private thoughts intact.

On another occasion, I saw (quite literally) a tear in space-time. That particular event I recorded on Daheshville can probably be found by searching for "Warp." (I apologize... I alone have posted close to 600 messages and we're at a point we actually need someone to sift and edit everything into an almanac. I would do it myself, except that ... I would have to halt the other projects. So, if there are any Volunteers... by ALL MEANS!)

The short of it is that I blinked and a roughly one minute was instantly shaved off the face of MY reality, right before my eyes. In other words, Manhattan (that's where we were, the Doctor and I) and the Universe at large was not affected. It always reminded me of the scene in "Oh God" where GOD (played by George Burns) makes it rain inside John Denver's car, as proof that he can work miracles, and Denver says to GOD "But it's sunny outside" and GOD replies "Why should I ruin everybody else's day?" (or something to that effect).

Anyway, this is all good stuff and thank you for sharing it. NOVA's is a great show also.

The only word of caution I would like to put out there, and I've said this many times in Daheshville and elsewhere: one should not be tempted to attribute Physics either properties or powers it has not. Physics cannot prove (in the strict sense of the term) the existence of the Spirit, of God, and Miracles.

Physics can do none of the above.

However, working with Philosophy, prayer, art, poetry, meditation, and life experience, ALL these things can give a sense of peace, where BELIEF is the bridge between the "here" and the "there."

I have no idea what that means but some of you, I am sure, went "Yep!"

The Gravity of Black Holes (pun intended)

This is another fascinating and bone-chilling view at what lurks at the heart of our own galaxy: a giant black hole. But first, it gives a great introduction to the concept of Gravity and this whole business of warped space and time.

By the end of this one hour-long episode, the concept of the black hole and how it can impact us — especially knowing that we have a huge one in the center of the Milky Way — will be made a lot clearer.

Thank you for sharing this with us. As a point of interest: A Daheshist woman I know once entered a room and saw (according to her) several entities at the same time that looked and sounded just like him, in the same room. This woman was his private secretary for a while. She had mentioned to me some of the most fascinating examples... which I truly dare not mention for people will surely think I am crazy (as if the subject of miracles is not crazy enough to begin with)...

There is one instance also where Mrs. Marie Hadad told my brother that the Doctor literally went through here as if she was made of air.

I know a woman and her brother who (along with the rest of their family) escaped death by the most amazing way: their car went through a semi truck, again, as if the semi truck was a mere holographic projection.

As for me, I wrote about the big red cross that everyone in (I won't name the town!) thought was stolen from the grounds of the church. One time, I saw it, right there, in the middle of lawn (it was huge) and... evidently... I was the only one seeing it... as I was later found out. Sure enough, on the way back it wasn't there. I repeat, this was not something you could move easily. We're talking about a megalith... which looked exactly like a 3D version of the American Cross... In hindsight, it kind of destroyed the look of the Cathedral that rose next to it.

Physical matter actually has a lot of empty space between the nucleus and surrounding electrons. This is why radio waves, cell phone signals, Wi-Fi Internet, and perhaps beings of spirit can pass through walls and other solid forms. Because of the repelling electromagnetic forces between electrons, solid physical matter is prevented from going through solid physical matter without deformation or breakage.

Apparently, spiritual matter, whether due to a higher vibrational energy of which it is composed, its multi-dimensional qualities or some other aspect, lacks the electromagnetic forces that would prevent it from passing through physical matter.
